  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 0.13 cup Coconut Milk

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil starts to separate.
  • STEP 3.Add diced potatoes and sliced mushrooms. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add water and cover the pan. Simmer until the potatoes are cooked through and the mushrooms are tender.
  • STEP 5.Stir in coconut milk and garam masala. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.

Cooking Tips
