  • 100 gram Mushrooms, Finely Minced
  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted Gram Flour
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add finely chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add finely minced mushrooms and cook until the moisture evaporates.
  • STEP 4.Add red chili powder, garam masala, roasted gram flour, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool.
  • STEP 6.Once cooled, shape the mixture into small patties.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with mint chutney and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to finely mince the mushrooms to achieve the desired texture.
  • You can add a pinch of saffron soaked in milk to enhance the flavor.
  • If the mixture is too wet, you can add breadcrumbs to bind it together.
