Ingredients for Mushroom Dabeli Tots Recipe

  • 6 Pieces Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Tbsp rice flour
  • 0.33 Tsp garlic powder
  • 0.33 Cup corn flake
  • 0.33 Tsp onion powder
  • 0.17 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Peprika
  • 0.17 Tsp chat masala
  • As Required Salt as needed
  • 0.33 Pieces Potato
  • 0.33 Tbsp Dabeli masala
  • 0.33 Tbsp tamarind chutney
  • As Required Salt as needed
  • 0.17 Tsp Lemon juice
  • As Required oil for frying
  • 0.67 Tbsp For serving masala peanuts
  • 0.67 Tbsp Masala chana dal
  • 0.17 Cup nylon sev
  • As Required Some fry green chilli ( optional)
  • As Required Chopped coriander
  • As Required Lemon wedges
  • As Required Pomegranate seeds
  • As Required Some peprika powder and chat masala for sprinkle over the top
  • As Required Chat masala per taste
  • 0.17 Cup corn flour (arrowroot)
  • 0.67 Tbsp Maida

Directions: Mushroom Dabeli Tots Recipe

  • STEP 1.First clean Mushrooms with flour and damp cloth
  • STEP 2.Squeeze all water from this and keep aside on kitchen paper
  • STEP 3.Add some oil on pan and  heat this
  • STEP 4.Now add dabeli masala in this and stir
  • STEP 5.Now add tamarind chutney in this and saute now add boiled and mashed potato
  • STEP 6.and salt cook till good smell and thicken also
  • STEP 7.Add some lemon juice mix and switch of gas keep to cool
  • STEP 8.when done add some nylon sev, masala chana dal and peanuts chopped coriander and mix well
  • STEP 9.Add corn flakes rice flour and all dry ingredients along with Salt and mix well
  • STEP 10.Heat oil in shallow pan for shallow fry
  • STEP 11.Add maida corn flour and some water and prepare a slurry
  • STEP 12.Take two same size mushrooms fill the stuffing in press lightly and dip in slurry
  • STEP 13.immediately transfer in corn flakes and rice flour mixture coated well and transfer in heated oil when one side done and crisp flip it and fry other part
  • STEP 14.Do same with all
  • STEP 15.Now serve with all written dry ingredients along with pomegranates fried chilli and sprinkle some chat masala and peprika powder over this and enjoy the Monsoon recipe with Hot tea
