  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves finely chopped Nos
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 Onion cut into chunks Nos
  • 1 Capsicum cut into chunks Nos
  • 200 gram Mushrooms halved
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Chopped mint leaves

How to Make Mushroom Curry Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

In a preheated pan add 1 tsp oil, 4 cloves finely chopped garlic, 1 inch ginger finely chopped, 1 onion cut into chunks, 1 capsicum cut into chunks. Saute until the onions are soft.

STEP 01

Add 200 gms mushrooms halved, 1 cup tomato puree, 1 tsp garam masala powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix well.

STEP 01

Saute till mushrooms are cooked. cover and bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

Lastly add finely chopped mint leaves and turn off the heat.
