Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chorizo until browned and crispy.
  • STEP 2.Remove the chorizo from the skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.
  • STEP 4.Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 5.Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese.
  • STEP 6.Top with a layer of cooked chorizo and mushrooms.
  • STEP 7.Add another tortilla on top and press down gently.
