  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as needed Spring Onions For Garnish

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and saut茅 onions, garlic, and green chillies until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add sliced mushrooms and bell peppers to the pan and cook until they are tender.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and cornstarch with water to make a sauce.
  • STEP 4.Pour the sauce into the pan and stir well. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
