  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and chopped onions. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add chopped mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree and cook until the mixture thickens. Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
