Ingredients for Mushroom Babycorn Masala Recipe

  • 2.67 Pieces Mushrooms
  • 2 Pieces Baby corn
  • 0.67 tbsp Butter
  • 0.33 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Onion paste
  • 0.33 cup Tomato puree
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.17 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.17 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions: Mushroom Babycorn Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a kadhai. Add butter and saute mushrooms.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and pepper and once done take out in a plate.
  • STEP 3.In same kadhai with butter add chopped baby corn. Saute and cook for 2 mins. Add salt and pepper and take out once done. It should be crisp and not completely cooked. Take out in a plate.
  • STEP 4.In same kadhai heat oil. Add cumin seeds and onion paste. Saute until golden pink
  • STEP 5.Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  • STEP 6.Add all dry masala salt and cook for another 1 min.
  • STEP 7.Add little water to avoid burning of masalas
  • STEP 8.Add water as required. Add sauted mushrooms and baby corn.
  • STEP 9.Add garam masala and coriander leaves. Adjust salt and water .
  • STEP 10.Serve with Paratha or Rice.
