Ingredients for Murtabak Recipe

  • 2 cup refined flour
  • 3/4 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 Nos egg small
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 250 gram Chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 Nos egg
  • 1 Nos onion
  • 1 Nos tomato

Directions: Murtabak Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add refined flour,salt,ghee and knead

  • STEP 2.Take a cup and prepare a mixture by adding milk,oil,egg and mix well.

  • STEP 3.Now add this milk mixture to the flour little by little along with warm water and make a dough

  • STEP 4.Now make balls of the dough and keep it in a pan greased with some oil

  • STEP 5.Apply some oil on the surface of balls with the brush

  • STEP 6.Then cover it and keep it in a warm place for 2-3 hours

  • STEP 7.1.add 1 tsp oil in a pan & heat it.

  • STEP 8.2.add chopped garlic & saute for a minute

step 11

  • STEP 9.3.add minced chicken and cook at high flame for 2 minutes

  • STEP 10.4.now add pepper powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix.

  • STEP 11.5.then add ¼ cup of water,cover with the lid and cook for 10 mins.

  • STEP 12.6.add garam masala mix and cook for a few seconds.

  • STEP 13.7.turn off the flame

  • STEP 14.8.now take a bowl and add egg,chopped onions,pinch of salt,pinch of pepper powder.

  • STEP 15.9.in the same bowl and fried chicken,chopped tomato and mix well

  • STEP 16.10.now take a ball of dough apply some oil and press it with hand

  • STEP 17.S making it as thin as possible

  • STEP 18.11.then place the filling in the centre and spread.

  • STEP 19.12.now fold the flatten dough in a quadrilateral shape

  • STEP 20.13.add some oil in a pan & heat it and place the murtabak,flip and cook for few mins
