  • 1.67 cup murmura ( puffed rice)
  • to taste Salt
  • A Stalk Curry leaves
  • A Pinch Hingh pinch of
  • To Taste Red chilli powder per taste
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.08 cup Peanut
  • 0.33 cup Sev namkeen
  • 0.08 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Directions: Murmura Chivda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstl add oil in heavy bottom kadhai..
  • STEP 2.Add oil in it.
  • STEP 3.Fry panuts .take in another bowl.
  • STEP 4.Now add mustard seeds .pinch of hing and curry leaves. On slow flame
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric and add murmura in it.
  • STEP 6.Mix well..
  • STEP 7.Roast murmura till crispy. Just for 5 min on low flame..
  • STEP 8.Now add red chilli powder or salt to taste.
  • STEP 9.Miz well and switch off gas.
  • STEP 10.Add reat of ingredients and mix well.
  • STEP 11.Remove from gas and let it cool.
