STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan. Add to it ½ tsp mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds splutter add in sliced red chillies, 1 stem of plucked curry leaves,1 cup of chopped onion and a pinch of salt. Saute well the ingredients.
STEP 1.Add 2 green chillies split in half and saute for a minute.
STEP 1.Add in 2 cups of chopped drumstick flowers and a pinch of salt.
STEP 1.Cook with the lid on for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 1.For making gravy, into the grinder add 3 green chillies split in half, 5 shallots, 2 tbsp grated coconut and 3 garlics. Grind to form a fine gravy paste.
STEP 1.Now add this gravy into the pan and cook with the covered lid for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 1.Once the mix is fully dried and cooked add crack in 3 eggs and mix well.
STEP 1.Stir until the eggs in the dish are properly cooked.
