  • 1/4 kg Chicken whole
  • 75 grams dahi
  • 50 grams Onion
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • as required Oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2.50 pieces Green elaichi
  • 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1.25 g Clove
  • 2.50 pieces Cashew nuts
  • 2.50 pieces Almond
  • 3.75 pieces Raisen
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1.25 drop kewra
  • 1/4 kg Chicken whole

How to Make Murgh Musallam Recipe

STEP 01

Clean the chicken and marinate with curd, salt, half tsp chilli powder, ginger garlic paste.

STEP 02

Grind 8 elaichi along with black pepper and add to the above marination and mix well.

STEP 03

Make holes in chicken with squewer so that all the marination goes in the chicken.

STEP 04

Refrigerate this for 6 to 8 hrs.

STEP 05

For filling take 3 onions sliced and fry and keep aside. Then add some nuts, lemon juice, kewra, sugar, chilli and salt as per ur taste.

STEP 06

Take this filling and stuff it in chicken and tie it with a thread so that stuffing doesn't comes out.

STEP 07

Take a kadai and add 1 onions paste , whole spices, then add 1 small onion chopped, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, salt and saute..

STEP 08

Then add marinated chicken.

STEP 09

Add dahi water and let it cook till chicken is cooked completely.

STEP 10

Flip the chicken in between so it gets cooked nicely.

STEP 11

Remove the thread and serve chicken.
