How to Make Murg Akbari Recipe

STEP 01

Heat a Kadhai add ghee when it’s hot add cumin seeds when it crackle add chopped onions sauté until golden brown then add add ginger garlic paste sauté for few minutes then add turmeric and red chilly powder sauté for few minutes then add tomato purée , sauté until ghee comes out from the sides then add all the dry spices mix it sauté it for few minutes then add beaten curd sauté it until ghee comes out from the sides , now add the washed chicken pieces mix it nicely cover it and cook on slow heat until the chicken becomes tender , now add almond paste and poppy seeds paste , mix it , again cover it and cook for few minutes add hot water to the desired consistency add kewra water cover it and cook it for few minutes, once done switch off the flame . Let it rest for 30 minutes. Served this Lachha Paratha , Pulao ..
