  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • As required Tamarind
  • 3 Nos garlic cloves
  • As required Small size ginger
  • 3 Nos green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 Nos onion
  • As required A Handful fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 kilogram mural fish

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Dry roast cumin seeds, black peppercorns, coriander seeds for 2 mins.
  • STEP 2.Take roasted ingredients, tamarind, garlic, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, onion, coriander leaves and grind it to a fine paste.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add oil to a pot and heat it.
  • STEP 2.Next, add chopped onions and salt as per taste.
  • STEP 3.Cook for a minute, add the pre-grinded paste and saute for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Next, add a cup of water and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 5.Then add mural fish and cook for 4 mins.

Serving And Storage Method

  • STEP 1.Serve this fish curry hot along with some steamed rice.
