Ingredients for Mungdaal Recipe

  • 1/4 g bowl mung daal
  • 3/4 g lass water
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 g reen Chilli
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped tomato
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee

Directions: Mungdaal Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a cooker,add mung daal,water,salt,turmeric powder and water. Put on high flame till 1 whistle goes on,after that Sim the gas and boil it for 15 min.
  • STEP 2.Now take a frying pan,add ghee,chopped onions,then tomato,salt, red chilli powder,mash them.
  • STEP 3.Add tadka in boiled daal and serve it.
