Ingredients for Mung bean Paanaka Recipe

  • 10.13 cup of Greengram/Mung bean(not confused with Mung dal) &of jaggery to green cardamom of coconut desiccated (optional) &of chilled water some icecubes saffron for garnishing

Directions: Mung Bean Paanaka Recipe

  • STEP 1.First soak Mung bean/ green gram (not Mung dal) in water for overnight or for 8 to 9 hours Then take usha mixer grinder for best results put soaked Mung bean &smashed or powdered jaggery and cardamom removing skin if want enhanced taste at this step can add coconut powder but it's optional add chilled water slowly step by step Grind well Add water step by step not add all water together grind well till we get white color juice consistency. Switch off grinder in a clean cloth or juice strainer strain the mixture add juice in glass add icecubs garnish with saffron and serve chilled
