Ingredients for Mugwort Soup Recipe

  • 1 cup Mugwort
  • 12 piece Clams
  • 10 piece Dried anchovies
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soybean paste
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Green or red chilli paste
  • As required Perilla Leaves  A few

Directions: Mugwort Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. Place 12 small clams in a bowl. Add 1 cup of water and 1 salt and mix well. Wash and clean 2 cups of mugwort and wash.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Make a anchovy stock put water in a pot, add ½ cup worth chopped onion and 10 large dried anchovies.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Boil for 20 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 1. Mix the mugwort with ¼ cup soy bean paste, 1 tsp flour, 3 cloves of minced garlic and perilla leaves.

step 6

  • STEP 1. Add seasoned mugwort mixture to boiling stock. Cook for 5-7 minutes and add red chilies.
