Ingredients for MUGLAI MALAI KOFTA Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Grated paneer
  • 1/4 Cup Grated boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 Tbsp All purpose flour
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Crushed cashew nuts
  • 1/4 Tbsp Raisins
  • 1/4 Tbsp Grated paneer
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 3/4 Pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 Inch Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Kasmiri mirch powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Pieces Black cardamom
  • 1/4 Pieces reen cardamom
  • 1/4 Inch Cinnamon
  • 3/4 Pieces Black pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces Mace
  • 1/2 Tbsp Curd
  • 0.13 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cream
  • 0.13 Cup Tomato puree
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Muglai Malai Kofta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add potatoes,grated cottage cheese ,all purpose flour and salt and mix well
  • STEP 2.Make a smooth dough.
  • STEP 3.Now make a stuffing.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl add crushed cashew nuts,raisins and 2 tbsp grated cottage cheese.
  • STEP 5.Now stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 6.Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • STEP 7.Roll each balls between your palms.
  • STEP 8.Place 1/4 tsp stuffing in paneer balls and close the stuffing nicely.
  • STEP 9.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the malai kofta in a medium flame.
  • STEP 10.Now we make gravy.
  • STEP 11.In a blender add chopped onion,garlic,ginger,black pepper,cloves,mace,cinnamon,black cardamom.green cardamom,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri mirch and little water and blend it to make a fine paste.
  • STEP 12.In another pan heat the oil.
  • STEP 13.Add spices paste and saute till spices leave the oil.
  • STEP 14.Add 1/2 cup of milk and 2 tbsp cream and mix well.
  • STEP 15.Add tomato puree and curd and mix well.
  • STEP 16.Add 1/2 cup of water and cover it to make semi thick gravy.
  • STEP 17.Add malai kofta into a bowl and pour the hot gravy.
  • STEP 18.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
