Ingredients for MUGHLAI EGG KORMA Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Hard boiled eggs
  • 0.80 tbsp white oil
  • 0.60 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.60 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.40 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/5 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/5 tsp ginget paste
  • 1/5 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 Pieces Almond
  • 1/10 cup Yogurt
  • 1/5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/5 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/10 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 A Few Pinch Saffron Strands: Optional (Recommend though)
  • 0.60 drop 3-4 drop
  • to taste Salt to taste

Directions: Mughlai Egg Korma Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 2.2.Make slits in eggs - sprinkle turmeric and fry the eggs- keep aside.
  • STEP 3.3. Add ghee in the same pan -add cloves, cardamom and fry few minutes.
  • STEP 4.4. Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste - fry them till they are golden brown.
  • STEP 5.5. Add the almond paste and stir it.
  • STEP 6.6. Whisk the yogurt and add it and cook for few minutes.
  • STEP 7.7. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt - cook for 6 minutes.
  • STEP 8.8. Add saffron, kewra essence and eggs.
  • STEP 9.Water can be added if required.
  • STEP 10.9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fried onion and also cashew and raisins.
  • STEP 11.10. Ready to serve. Goes well with Naan.
