Directions: Mughlai Egg Korma Recipe
STEP 1.1.Heat oil in a pan.
STEP 2.2.Make slits in eggs - sprinkle turmeric and fry the eggs- keep aside.
STEP 3.3. Add ghee in the same pan -add cloves, cardamom and fry few minutes.
STEP 4.4. Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste - fry them till they are golden brown.
STEP 5.5. Add the almond paste and stir it.
STEP 6.6. Whisk the yogurt and add it and cook for few minutes.
STEP 7.7. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt - cook for 6 minutes.
STEP 8.8. Add saffron, kewra essence and eggs.
STEP 9.Water can be added if required.
STEP 10.9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fried onion and also cashew and raisins.
STEP 11.10. Ready to serve. Goes well with Naan.
