Ingredients for MUGHLAI CHICKEN PARATHA Recipe

  • 125 Gms Minced chicken
  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 Inch Carom seeds
  • A Pinch Onion seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Finely chopped onion
  • 0.13 Tsp Finely chopped green chilly
  • 1/2 Tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Directions: Mughlai Chicken Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat two tbsp oil in a pan.
  • STEP 2.Add minced chicken and saute for 3 - 4 mins
  • STEP 3.Add salt and mix well
  • STEP 4.Now stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 5.Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Make a soft dough with the help of milk
  • STEP 7.Keep aside for 30 mins
  • STEP 8.Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • STEP 9.Sprinkle the little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.
  • STEP 10.Add one tbsp minced chicken,one tbsp chopped onion,green chilly,coriander leaves.
  • STEP 11.Beat one egg and mix them.
  • STEP 12.Fold it like a enevelope
  • STEP 13.On a heated pan make mughlai paratha applying clarified butter on both sides.
  • STEP 14.Serve hot with sauce.
