Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add minced chicken and cook until it changes color.
  • STEP 5.Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cook the chicken filling until it is cooked through and the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 7.Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a small circle.
  • STEP 8.Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of the circle and fold the edges to seal the filling.
  • STEP 9.Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha.
