  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Saute until onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into circles. Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center and fold the edges to seal.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the parathas on both sides until golden and crispy.
