Ingredients for MUGHLAI CHICKEN KORMA Recipe

  • 125 Gms Chicken
  • 1/2 Tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.06 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1.25 Cup Sliced onion
  • 1 Pieces Almonds
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Mughlai Chicken Korma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate chicken with curd,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder, 1 cup oil and salt.
  • STEP 2.Keep aside for 30 mins.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until pink and once cooled to make a paste also make the paste of almonds.
  • STEP 4.Heat a pan and add marinated chicken and cook on high flame for ten mins.
  • STEP 5.Add almond paste and mix well now add fried onion paste and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add roasted cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Add one cup of water and salt and cover the lid and cook in a low flame until it's cooked.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot.
