Ingredients for Mughlai Chicken Recipe

  • 125 gm Chicken
  • 1/4 tsp 2 tsp
  • 1 cup 1/4 cup yog
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp 1 Tsp
  • 1/4 g 1 g
  • 1/4 As Required salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp 1 Tsp
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp 2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp 1 Tsp
  • 1/4 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp

Directions: Mughlai Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.First marinate the chicken , in a bowl add chicken , salt , turmeric powder and chilly powder marinate for 30 minutes then finely sliced the onions then fry till light brown ,once done take it out Ila dry cool it completely, then in a blender make a smooth paste of brown onions ,
  • STEP 2.now heat a oil in a kadai add the whole spices , once it splutters, add the onion paste then sauté it for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste cook it for few minutes then add all the dry spices , beaten yogurt,cashews nut paste cook it until the oil leaves out from the side add little water ,
  • STEP 3.now add the marinated chicken fry it until the colour of the chicken changes and all the spices coats the chicken pieces , now add water , salt mix it cover it until the chicken is tender ,
  • STEP 4.once done add kewra water , simmer it for few minutes then turn off the heat cover it with a lid then serve hot with rice , roti ..
