  • 1/2 cup Puffed rice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 0.13 cup boiled potatoes
  • As required cubed (optional)
  • 0.13 cup fried onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp sev (for garnish)
  • 1/2 tbsp mint-coriander chutney
  • 1/2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped cashews and almonds (for Mughlai touch)
  • As required salt to taste

Directions: Mughlai Bhel Puri ♥️ Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, and fried onion.
  • STEP 2.Add Flavors: Add the mint-coriander chutney, tamarind chutney, chaat masala, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to evenly coat everything.
  • STEP 3.Incorporate Mughlai Elements: Add the chopped nuts and lightly mix.
  • STEP 4.Top with sev and coriander leaves for garnish.
