Ingredients for Muffins healthy Recipe

  • 1/4 cup ½almond our/amaranth our/khapli/wheat our/
  • As required mix of jowar plus ragi our
  • 0.58 cup - coconut oil/A ghee
  • 1/4 cup - jaggery
  • 0.13 cup - almond milk
  • 1/4 nos - mashed banana
  • 1/4 tablespoon - cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon - pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon - apple cider vinegar
  • As required - Nuts and pumpkin seeds (optional)

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla essence,
  • STEP 2.and jaggery.
  • STEP 3.2. Take another bowl. Mix the our, banana, and cacao
  • STEP 4.powder in it.
  • STEP 5.3. Mix all the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold
  • STEP 6.gently to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 7.4. Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the batter
  • STEP 8.and keep the batter aside for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 9.5. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 10.6. Take a mun tray and arrange mun liners in it.
  • STEP 11.7. Fill all the mun molds up to 3/4. Sprinkle some nuts and

  • STEP 13.8. Bake these muns at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • STEP 14.9. Once done, take out baked muns and let them cool.
