  • 0.67 tbsp Butter
  • 1/25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.08 cup Sugar
  • 0.06 cup Dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp 1 1/2 Tsp Baking
  • 1/25 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.67 tsp Tsp salt
  • 0.17 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.44 cups 2 2/3 cups
  • 0.17 cup Milk
  • 0.17 g For the topping
  • 1/2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.17 Pieces Melted
  • 1/2 tablespoons 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (mix 3 tbsp

Directions: Muffins Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, cream together the butter, vegetable oil, and sugar till smooth.Stir in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.

  • STEP 4.Stir the flour into the butter mixture alternately with the milk, making sure everything is thoroughly combined. Spoon the batter evenly into a lightly greased standard muffin tin, filling the cups nearly full. Bake the muffins for 15 to 17 minutes.

  • STEP 6.Remove from the oven, and let the muffins cool. Meanwhile, melt the butter for the topping in the microwave. Use a pastry brush to paint the top of each muffin with the butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Or simply dip the tops of muffins into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar.
