  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped vegetables like carrots, beans, and potatoes, along with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 4.Cook the vegetables until they are tender and then add the cooked lentils.
  • STEP 5.Simmer the curry for a few minutes and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
