  • 0.13 pound Ground Meat
  • 0.06 cup Chopped Fresh Herbs

  • 0.13 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Prepare the grape leaves by blanching them in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together cooked rice, ground meat, chopped herbs, minced garlic, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Place a spoonful of the filling onto each grape leaf and roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • STEP 4.Arrange the stuffed grape leaves in a pot, seam side down, and pour the tomato sauce over them.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the dolmas are tender.
