Maharashtrian Pitla is a traditional Indian dish made from besan (gram flour) and spices. It is a simple and comforting dish that is often served with bhakri (a type of Indian bread) or rice. The besan is cooked with water and spices until it thickens into a smooth and creamy consistency. It is then garnished with fresh coriander leaves and served hot.
