  • 1-1 kilogram fish
  • 2 Nos plantains
  • 1 cup njangsa seeds
  • 2 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Nos medium onion
  • 3 Nos small seasoning cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

How to Make Mpuh Fish Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Peel off plantains and cut it into thin strips, grind onion,garlic and make a paste and cut the fish into strips

STEP 01

In a cooking pot add plantain flour,njangsa,white pepper,onion garlic paste,salt and seasoning cubes.

STEP 01

Now add 3 cups of water, fish and combine it into the mixture well.

STEP 01

Cover and cook for 20 mins

STEP 01

bake plantain slices at 100 degrees celsius until they become crispy.

STEP 01

Once baked,take it out and let it cool down
