  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 0.80 large fried onions
  • pinch A yellow food colour
  • As required saffron
  • 0.40 cup Milk
  • 1.20 Potatoes
  • 0.60-0.80 Boiled eggs
  • 1/5 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 0.40 large onion chopped
  • 0.80 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 40 gram Ghee
  • 0.40 tablespoon Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 0.40 green chillies, 4 5 aloo Bukhara
  • 0.40 tablespoon Garam masala powder, 2 drops rose water
  • 1 tablespoon drops kewara water, 1 caraway seeds
  • 1/5 tablespoon white pepper, 2 bay leaf
  • 0.40 inch cinnamon stick, Mace 1/2 inch
  • 1/5 pinch Nutmeg, Small cardamom
  • 0.40 black cardamom, 6 cloves
  • 0.60 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/5 tablespoon coriander powder
