This is a recipe from my childhood, i remember how fussy i used to be about eating vegetables and my mum would try new recipes just to soothe my palate. The original recipe calls for deep-frying the cauliflower but as we all are health conscious these days i have stir fried it. Hope you guys will like it.

  • 1/2 inch Whole Spices cinnamon stick, 2 3 Cardamom, 3 4 Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander Powder
  • 1-1.50 tablespoon Corn flour for coating
  • 1/2 pinch Sugar
  • As required Salt
  • 1.50-2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required coriander leaves for garnishing
