  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Red Pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • 10 ounce canned tuna
  • 3/4 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
  • 4-5 piece cut into small black olives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 Juice from lemon
  • As required Salt and pepper

  • STEP 1.Cut the peppers into tiny items. Once removing the seeds, cut the tomato into tiny items in addition.

  • STEP 2.In a giant bowl, combine along with all the ingredients of the dish.

  • STEP 3.To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients of the sauce along and season to style (salt and pepper).

  • STEP 4.Incorporate the sauce into the dish mixture. Mix well.
