How to Make Moroccan Mashed Potatoes Recipe

STEP 01

Start by peeling and slicing the potatoes, then place the potatoes in a large bowl of cold water once peeled so they do not turn brown.

Drain the potatoes from the water, then place them in a large pot and cover with cold water, add a dash of salt, garlic cloves, and bay leaves.
