How to Make Moroccan Cucumber Salad Recipe

STEP 02

Peel and grate the cucumber using a medium-sized grater

STEP 03

Add rest of the ingredients to grated cucumber, lemon juice, fresh thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper, make sure to remove leaves from thyme branch

Add salt and pepper as per your taste. Serve chilled the sweet version.

Mix the rest of the ingredients with grated cucumber, orange juice, sugar, and orange blossom water. If you like to add more texture and crunch to the salad, you can add chopped iceberg lettuce to the cucumber
