  • 0.17 cup Diced onions
  • 0.17 cup Diced carrots
  • 0.33-1/2 Cloves of garlic minced
  • 0.17 Jalapeno pepper minced
  • 1/4 cup Diced potatoes i didn't peel them because i'm lazy but the original recipe calls for peeling
  • 0.33 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.17 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/50 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 4.67 ounce 1 can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 2.33 ounce 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2.33 ounce 1 can vegetable broth i've also used chicken broth with great results
  • As required Brown rice
  • As required Greek yogurt
  • As required Fresh cilantro chopped
