  • 1/2 Medium Sized Potatoes, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 2.Once the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pan and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  • STEP 6.Add moringa leaves and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
