  • 1/25 cup Coconut shredded, if using frozen thaw it to room temperature

  • 0.33 cup Small indian eggplants chopped or 1/2 vegetables of your choice. refer notes

  • 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil Divided
  • 0.17 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 0.17 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds can reduce it to 1/2 tsp if you don't like the bite
  • 1/25 teaspoon Asafoetida
