  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 2.50 En Chilies, Finely Chopped

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.
  • STEP 2.Add buttermilk and water to the pan and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 3.Slowly add rice flour to the boiling mixture while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 4.Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and spread it evenly.
  • STEP 6.Allow it to cool and set for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Cut the Mor Kali into desired shapes and serve with coconut chutney or pickle.
