- 1 g bowl moongdal
- 2 Pieces 2-3 g
- 1 Inches Of ginger
- 1 Pieces Chopped onion
- 1/2 Pieces bowl chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Garam masala
- 1 Pinches Pinch baking soda
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp 2-3 tbsp

How to Make Moongdal Pakode Recipe
STEP 01
#Method_ At first wash the moongdal properly. Then soak in water for 30-35 minutes. After it put it in a grinder jar. Add green chillies and ginger. Then add 3-4 tbsp of water. Grind all ingredients.
STEP 02
Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix it well. Heat oil in a kadhai. Put the batter with spoon. Fry it on medium flame. Keep flipping. Fry it till golden brown.
STEP 03
Take it out. Pakodas are ready. Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chilli sauce or chutney.......😋😋
