Ingredients for Moongdal Pakode Recipe

  • 1 g bowl moongdal
  • 2 Pieces 2-3 g
  • 1 Inches Of ginger
  • 1 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/2 Pieces bowl chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 Pinches Pinch baking soda
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp 2-3 tbsp

Directions: Moongdal Pakode Recipe

  • STEP 1.#Method_ At first wash the moongdal properly. Then soak in water for 30-35 minutes. After it put it in a grinder jar. Add green chillies and ginger. Then add 3-4 tbsp of water. Grind all ingredients.
  • STEP 2.Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix it well. Heat oil in a kadhai. Put the batter with spoon. Fry it on medium flame. Keep flipping. Fry it till golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Take it out. Pakodas are ready. Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chilli sauce or chutney.......😋😋
