Ingredients for Moong Spinach Kebab Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Spinach
  • 1 Moong dal bowl
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 2-3 tablespoon Gram oil
  • 4 tablespoon Paneer
  • As required Some coriander leaves
  • As required Some dry fruits

Directions: Moong Spinach Kebab Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak moong dal in water for overnight.

  • STEP 1.Add some salt and boil spinach separately.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Boil moong dal separately.

  • STEP 1.Take paneer in a bowl.

  • STEP 1.Then add some dry fruits,½ tbsp green chillies & ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste.

  • STEP 1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

  • STEP 1.Add cumin seeds.

  • STEP 1.Then add chopped onions,green chillies & saute it.

  • STEP 1.Add ginger garlic paste & red chilli powder.

  • STEP 1.5.add salt as per taste & coriander powder

  • STEP 2.6.now add boiled moong sprout & spinach.

  • STEP 3.7.mix all well & cook for 5-10 mins

  • STEP 4.8.now add gram flour

  • STEP 5.9.grind the fried moong,spinach mixture without adding water

  • STEP 6.10.heat a pan & apply some oil in it.

  • STEP 7.11.make a ball of moong & spinach mixture & flatten it.

  • STEP 8.12.now add the paneer stuffing in the center and enclose it & press it.

  • STEP 9.13.flip & fry the kebabs from both the sides.

  • STEP 10.14.add oil & cook it at low to medium flame.
