Ingredients for Moong soup (green gram soup) Recipe

  • 1/2 cup moong water
  • 2 tsp 4-5 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 inch Pinch asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pani puri masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black paper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh coriander leaves

Directions: Moong Soup (green Gram Soup) Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all boil the over night soaked moong in a cooker.

  • STEP 2.Now take 4 tsp moong and 1 cup moong water. Heat a sauce pan add ghee, cumin seeds, Asafoetida and immediately add moong with water. Add dry masala, salt and water as required. Let it boil for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 3.Finally, add pani puri masala, black paper powder and lemon juice and serve it hot after garnishing with fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy!!!
