  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, spinach, and spices. Cook until the spinach wilts.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked moong dal and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
