Ingredients for MOONG DHAL KHEER Recipe

  • 0.33 Cups Moong dhal
  • 0.33 Cups Jaggery
  • 0.67 Tbsp Ghee
  • 0.17 Cups Fresh coconut
  • 0.67 Tsp Poppy seeds
  • A Few Dry fruits

Directions: Moong Dhal Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fry moong dhal till the raw smell goes
  • STEP 2.wash it & boil it by adding sufficient water
  • STEP 3.Dont leave unattended
  • STEP 4.meanwhile grind poppy seeds & fresh coconut
  • STEP 5.when dhal is cooked ,add grinded paste & powdered jaggery
  • STEP 6.mix everything well
  • STEP 7.Add dry fruits fried in ghee
  • STEP 8.Pour into cups & again add little more ghee, serve
