Ingredients for Moong dal tadka Recipe

  • 1/2 cup moong dal
  • 1/2 tsp Zeera
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 g Ginger garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions: Moong Dal Tadka Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add water in a pressure cooker. After boiling water, add dal, salt and turmeric. Then put off the lid of cooker.
  • STEP 2.Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add oil in a hot pan. Then add zeera and let it be stir. Then add ginger garlic paste, fine chooped onion and tomato. Cook it for 4-5 minutes
  • STEP 4.Then add red chilli powder. After saute add dal. Serve it with hot chappati.
