  • STEP 1.Rinse the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pressure cooker, cook the soaked moong dal with water until it becomes soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, melt jaggery with a little water to make a syrup.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked moong dal to the jaggery syrup and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add coconut milk and cardamom powder to the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
