STEP 2.Fry the moong dal in a pan on medium heat till it turns light brown.

STEP 4.Mix moong flour and sugar (powder). Sieve the fine powder through a sieve.
STEP 5.Add ghee little by little to the moong mixtureAdd cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almond shavings.
STEP 6.Take the mixed dough in hand and shape it into a ladoo. Garnish with almonds and chironji.
