Ingredients for Moong dal laddu Recipe

  • 0.17 Cup moong dal
  • 0.17 Cup Ghee
  • 2.50 Pieces Cashews chopped
  • 2 Pieces Almonds chopped
  • 2 Pieces chironji
  • 0.17 Cup Sugar powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Cardamom powder

Directions: Moong Dal Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fry cashews and almonds in ghee.
  • STEP 2.Fry the moong dal in a pan on medium heat till it turns light brown.
  • STEP 3.Make a fine powder of fried moong dal in a mixer grinder.
  • STEP 4.Mix moong flour and sugar (powder). Sieve the fine powder through a sieve.
  • STEP 5.Add ghee little by little to the moong mixtureAdd cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almond shavings.
  • STEP 6.Take the mixed dough in hand and shape it into a ladoo. Garnish with almonds and chironji.
  • STEP 7.Serve Tasty Moong Dal Laddu
