Ingredients for Moong dal Halwa Recipe

  • 125 gram moong dal
  • 3 Tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Tsp Semolina
  • 1/2 gram Gram flour - (besan)
  • 200 gms Sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Dry fruits
  • As Required Saffron - peanch

Directions: Moong Dal Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take moong dal wash it properly & put it in strainer,keep it on a cloth & dry it than dry after roast the dal in a pan till it crispy, stri it continuously then grind the roasted dal.
  • STEP 2.In a pan put ghee, roast some dry fruits, take out them, than put semolina, gram flour in the pan & roast them on low flame roast it as well put water and milk in it stri it put sugar in it gradually than cover it & cook it on slow flame
