Directions: Moong Dal Dahi Bhalle Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak moong dal in water for a few hours, then drain and grind into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Add salt, ginger, green chili, and asafoetida to the dal paste and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan and drop small portions of the dal mixture into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Remove the fried bhalle from the oil and soak them in warm water for a few minutes.
